The final weeks of the year bring that familiar combination of holiday festivities and workplace hustle. We are excited to add to your reasons to celebrate by announcing the first phase of the ElevatedNY 4th floor renovation is nearly complete.
From a design standpoint, think executive style with a boutique twist: sleek, Zen-like gray and silver hues with pops of fresh color. Bright yet soft lighting and modern artwork along the walls. Marble and limestone touches that align with our grand lobby inside the historic, Class A Hippodrome building.
Spearheaded by award-winning architectural firm L.B. Architects, who marry form and functionality with attractive aesthetics, the refresh enhances both the common areas and private offices. The result is simply elegant, and the good news runs a lot deeper than the surface.
We’ve also added new features and amenities to support your work and work-life balance.
These include a mothers’ room with nursing station, private phone booths, updated technology, expanded common areas, a bookable event space, and a more spacious kitchen with additional storage pantries (for any chocolate you bring back from nearby Bryant Park’s Winter Village or organic snacks from the nearby Whole Foods).
“We have only one location, we’re in Manhattan, and have been in business since the 1990s,” says Georgia Gournas, General Manager. “The renovation comes at the perfect time, as we seek to inspire and further support our evolving and expanding ElevatedNY community.”
Speaking of community, here you will find individuals and small-to-medium sized companies across a variety of industries — finance, legal, design, consulting, the arts, and media, to name a few — all of whom are invited to connect in the 4th floor common areas. Our monthly networking events take advantage of our stellar location’s proximity to Broadway, Bryant Park and some of Manhattan’s best bars and restaurants.
Looking ahead to 2019, we expect the second phase of the renovation to be done within the first few months of the year. The improvements will continue to be kept to a minimum during working hours, so you can continue to enjoy all we already offer through flexible agreements that are either short or long term.
Nothing is more important to us than setting you up for success. ElevatedNY, are full service, which means we provide not only furnished spaces but phone and high-speed internet connectivity, on-site IT support, a live receptionist, and copy/scan/shred/print/fax stations. This, plus virtual reception and alliance programs for easy conference room bookings across the globe.
There is even discounted parking in the Hippodrome’s ParkFast lot and free bike storage.
